NAxtra(TM) nucleic acid extraction kit is a magnetic bead-based technology intended for RNA and DNA extraction from human nasopharyngeal and/or oropharyngeal swab samples, saliva, urine or vaginal swab samples. The product should be used for isolation and purification of bacterial or viral nucleic acids preparing clinical samples for downstream qualitative diagnostics and analysis, such as PCR and next-generation sequencing.
