Peptide pool for stimulation of cells specific for SARS-CoV-2 S, N, M, O proteins

The SARS-CoV-2 SNMO defined peptide pool contains 47 peptides from the human SARS-CoV-2 virus. The peptides are derived from the spike protein (S), nucleoprotein (N), membrane protein (M), and the open reading frame (ORF)-3a and ORF-7a proteins. The purity of the synthetic peptides range from 60-99%.

The SARS-CoV-2 SNMO defined peptide pool is recommended for quantification of the number of cytokine secreting cells specific for SARS-CoV-2 S, N, M, and O proteins. The peptide pool has been validated using human PBMC from COVID-19 convalescent individuals previously PCR-confirmed as SARS-CoV-2 positive.
