• Application Verdünnung: WB: 1 µg/mL (chemiluminescence detection system). IP: 1-10 µg/200 µg of cell extract from 5x106 cells. FCM: 10 µg/mL (final concentration). IHC: 1-10 µg/mL (Heat treatment required for paraffin)
