VB-201 is an oxidized phospholipid small molecule with anti-inflammatory activity. VB-201 inhibits CD14- and Toll-like receptor 2-dependent innate cell activation. VB-201 limits the progression of atherosclerosis and can be used to study atherosclerosis[1].
