Pocapavir-d3 (SCH-48973-d3, V-073-d3) is the deuterium labeled Pocapavir (HY-104074)[1]. Pocapavir (SCH-48973) is an orally active capsid inhibitor. Pocapavir prevents virion uncoating upon entry into the cell. Pocapavir has antiviral activity against polioviruses. Pocapavir also inhibits enterovirus infections[2].
