Liarozole dihydrochloride inhibits the cytochrome P450 (CYP26)-dependent 4-hydroxylation of RA (IC50=7 µM), resulting in increased tissue levels of RA. Liarozole dihydrochloride shows antitumoral properties[1][2][3].
