E-55888 is a selective and potent agonist of 5-HT7 receptor and 5-HT1A receptor with Ki values of 2.5 nM and 700 nM, respectively, which has analgesic and antinociceptive effects. E-55888 reduces the nociceptive response of Capsaicin (HY-10448) sensitized mice[1][2].
