5HPP-33 is an inhibitor for tubulin polymerization with IC50 of 8.1 µM. 5HPP-33 inhibits the proliferation of leukemia cell and multiple myeloma cells with IC50 of 1-10 µM, arrests the cell cycle at G2/M phase, and induces apoptosis[1][2].
