IDT is a safe and effective TNFalpha and innate immune system modulator. IDT significantly reduced paired helical filament tau and fibrillar amyloid accumulation and increased the infiltrating neutrophil population while reducing TNFalpha expression in this population. IDT can be used in Alzheimers disease research[1].
