Atreleuton (ABT-761) exhibits potent and selective inhibition of leukotriene formation[1][2][3]. Atreleuton is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
