Kibdelone C disrupts the actin cytoskeleton in human cancer cells, leading to cell contraction and actin stress fiber formation, without direct actin binding, actin polymerization effects, topoisomerase I/II inhibition, or DNA binding. Kibdelone C can be used for the research of leukemia, and renal cell carcinoma[1][2].
