The metabolism of alpha-Triglycidyl isocyanurate mainly occurs in rat liver and is metabolized through an NADPH-independent pathway. The cytotoxicity of alpha-Triglycidyl isocyanurate can be partially restored under specific conditions, suggesting the complexity of its metabolic pathway[1].
