(S)-KT109 is an inhibitor of diacylglycerol lipase beta (DAGLbeta) with low inhibitory activity (IC50 = 39.81 nM). (S)-KT109 has relatively low inhibitory activity against DAGLalpha-mediated hydrolysis of 1-stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycerol (IC50 = 794.3 nM). (S)-KT109 also has relatively low inhibitory activity against alpha/beta-amidase domain-containing 6 (ABHD6) (IC50 = 630.9 nM)[1].
