IFN alpha-IFNAR-IN-1 inhibits modified Vaccinia virus ankara (MVA)-induced IFN-alpha responses in murine bone-marrow-derived, Flt3- L-differentiated pDC cultures (BM-pDCs) (IC50=2-8 µM)[1].
