Selnoflast calcium is a potent inhibitor of IL-1beta release stimulated by NLRP3 activation in human Alzheimers disease (AD) monocyte-derived macrophages. Selnoflast calcium is promising for research of AD and systemic inflammatory diseases, such as ulcerative colitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease[1][2][3].
