Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA sulfate, Prasterone sulfate) sodium salt is a neurosteroid and the main secretion product of the adrenal gland. Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate sodium salt has both non-competitive antagonist activity of GABAA receptor and agonist activity of sigma1 receptor.
