Escitalopram oxalate has 30 fold higher binding affinity than its R(-)-enantiomer and shows selectivity over both dopamine transporter (DAT) and norepinephrine transporter (NET). Escitalopram oxalate is an antidepressant for the research of major depression[1][2].
