VEGFR-2-IN-12 (compound 6g), a 2-oxoquinoxalinyl-1,2,4-triazole, is a potent VEGFR-2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.037 µM. VEGFR-2-IN-12 shows high growth inhibition against MCF-7 cells (GI50=1.6 µM). VEGFR-2-IN-12 has antitumor activity[1].
