Biotin is an enzyme co-factor, can be used for labeling protein, PEG is a hydrophilic and water-soluble polymer with low toxicity, Alk (Alkyne), acyclic (branched or unbranched) aliphatic hydrocarbon, can react with azido, which improve the efficiency of biotin binding targets.
