AChE/BChE/BACE-1-IN-2 shows considerable PAS-AChE binding capability, excellent brain permeation, potential disassembly of Abeta aggregates, and neuroprotective activity against Abeta-induced stress. AChE/BChE/BACE-1-IN-2 has remarkable antioxidant potential[1].
