NF-kappaB-IN-6 (Compound 3d) is an anti-inflammatory agent through the mechanism of decreasing the protein expressions of iNOS and COX-2 by suppressing NF-kappaB signaling pathway. NF-kappaB-IN-6 inhibits NO production in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells with an IC50 of 23.1 µM[1].
