(Rac)-Adibelivir prolongs in vivo half-life, reduces administration dosage, improves oral bioavailability, and achieves higher brain exposure in mice. (Rac)-Adibelivir can be used in the research of herpes simplex infection, herpes encephalitis and Alzheimers disease[1].
