NDT-30805 is a selective NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. NDT-30805 is a triazolopyrimidinone derivative and inhibits IL-1beta release in PBMCs with an IC50 of 0.013 µM. NDT-30805 can be used for the research of inflammation and innate immunity[1].
