N3-Gly-Gly-OH also undergoes strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. N3-Gly-Gly-Gly-OH can be used to construct peptide-like ADC linkers via click chemistry[1].
