LmNADK1-IN-1 (compound MC1) is an inhibitor of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide kinases (NADK1) from L. monocytogenes with a Ki value of 54 nM. LmNADK1-IN-1 can be used for the research of bacterial infection[1]. LmNADK1-IN-1 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
