PD24 is an AChE and BuChE inhibitor (hAChE IC50: 1.72 µM, eeAChE IC50: 1.76 µM, eqBuChE IC50: 2.64 µM). PD24 also has antioxidant activity, and inhibits DPPH (IC50: 28.72 µM). PD24 can be used for research of Alzheimers disease[1].
