TZ4M is a 2,4-thiazolidinedione (TZD)-based anti-ADV agent with neuroprotective effects. TZ4M exhibits AChE inhibition in human plasma. TZ4M improves memory and cognitive impairment in adult rats in a scopolamine (HY-N0296)-induced Alzheimer-type model[1].
