NICE-01 (AP1867-PEG2-JQ1, AP-PEG2-JQ1) is a bifunctional molecule consisting of JQ1 (HY-13030) and AP1867 (HY-114434) with a PEG2-diamine linker. NICE-01 can induce nuclear import of cytosolic cargoes, using nuclear-localized bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4) as a ''carrier for co-import and nuclear trapping of cytosolic proteins. NICE-01 forms ternary complexes with BRD4 and FKBPF36V-tagged proteins to enable nuclear import of tagged cytosolic proteins. NICE-01 induces transcriptional activation of IRF1 target genes and interferon response pathways. NICE-01 can be used for the research of acute myeloid leukemia[1].
