Meliadubin B is a natural triterpenoid with significant inflammatory inhibition effect toward superoxide anion generation in human neutrophils (EC50 of 5.54 µM). Meliadubin B inhibits inducible nitric oxide synthase. Meliadubin B shows remarkable inhibition against the rice pathogenic fungus Magnaporthe oryzae with IC50 of 182.50 µM.
