Dobutamine hydrochloride is a synthetic catecholamine that acts on alpha1-AR, beta1-AR, beta2-AR (alpha-1, beta-1 andbeta-2 adrenoceptors). Dobutamine hydrochloride is a selective beta1-AR agonist, relatively weak activity at alpha1-AR and beta2-AR.
