Antibiofilm agent-7 (Compound 9) exhibits potent antibiofilm activity with IC50 of 60, 133.32, and 19.67 µg/mL against S. aureus, E. coli, and methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA), respectively. Antibiofilm agent-7 has antibacterial activity for S. aureus, E. coli, C. albicans, and MRSA, with MIC values of 4.88, 78.13, 9.77 and 39.06 µg/mL, respectively[1].
