Aclidinium is a long-acting muscarinic antagonist and long-acting beta2-adrenoceptor (beta2-AR) agonist with bronchodilator activity. Aclidinium can reduce hyperinflation of the lungs and increase lung function and exercise endurance time. Aclidinium is used in research on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)[1].
