TGFbetaRII-IN-3 inhibits TGFbeta signaling by promoting the proteolytic degradation of TGFbeta RII. TGFbetaRII-IN-3 can block endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition and cell migration. TGFbetaRII-IN-3 can be used in cancer research[1].
