COX-2/LOX-IN-2 (compound 6) is a dual inhibitor of COX-2/LOX with IC50s of 7.0 µM and 27.5 µM, respectively. COX-2/LOX-IN-2 has antioxidant activity and has the potential to be used in the development of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (tNSAIDs)[1].
