NO-IN-1 (Compound 7a) inhibits the production of NO (IC50 = 3.13 µM). NO-IN-1 has anti-inflammatory effects. NO-IN-1 downregulates the expression of COX-2 and iNOS by inhibiting the NF-kappaB signaling pathway[1].
