NA 0345 is a PKC inhibitor with IC50 values of 70 nM and 110 nM in the presence and absence of 12-O-tetradecanoyl-13-acetate, respectively. NA 0345 inhibits PKC and selectively suppresses the positive inotropic effect mediated by alpha1-adrenergic receptors[1].
