LIN28-IN-2 (Compound Ln268) blocks the binding of the zinc finger domain (ZKD) of Lin28 to RNA substrates, and inhibits Lin28a and Lin28b. LIN28-IN-2 inhibits the proliferation of Lin28-positive cancer cell and spheroid growth[1].
