CDK-TCIP1 is a bivalent molecule linking CDK9 inhibitor SNS-032 (HY-10008) to BCL6 ligand BI3812 (HY-111381) with an EC50 of 11 nM. CDK-TCIP1 relocalizes CDK9 to BCL6-bound DNA loci, directs CDK9 catalytic activity to phosphorylate RNA polymerase II at these sites, and forms a ternary complex with CDK9 and BCL6. CDK-TCIP1 induces transcription of pro-apoptotic, causes killing of diffuse large B cell lymphoma cells, and induces cells apoptosis. CDK-TCIP1 can be used for the research of cancer, such as diffuse large B cell lymphoma[1].
