KT-IN-24 can target the AKT/mTOR and MEK/ERK signaling pathways and inhibit epithelial-mesenchymal transition, which has a synergistic suppressive effect on TNBC, promoting cell apoptosis while inhibiting proliferation and migration when used in combination with Trametinib (HY-10999)[1].
