BChE-IN-39 (Compound 7c) is a selective inhibitor for butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) with an IC50 of 0.08 µM (IC50=3.98 µM for AChE). BChE-IN-39 downregulates the GSK-3beta expression, inhibits the hyperphosphorylation of tau protein[1].
