VEGFR-2-IN-61 (Compound 7b) is an inhibitor for VEGFR-2 with an IC50 of 2.83 µM. VEGFR-2-IN-61 inhibits the proliferation of multi cancer cells (IC50 for MCF-7 is 2.12 µM). VEGFR-2-IN-61 inhibits the cell migration, induces oxidative stress and apoptosis in MCF-7[1].
