Mtb-IN-10 exhibits an EC50 of 1.96 µM in an Mtb-infected macrophage model and demonstrates 58.0% oral bioavailability in mice at a 20 mg/kg dose. It may regulate intracellular signaling and disrupt cholesterol metabolism in Mtb, thereby inhibiting bacterial proliferation.
