The regulatory mechanism of t9,t11,c15-CLNA includes upregulation of tight junction proteins, inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines (such as TNF-alpha, IL-6) and activation of antioxidant enzymes (such as SOD, CAT). t9,t11,c15-CLNA can be used in the study of inflammatory bowel diseases (such as colitis)[1].
