CX1739 also abrogates amphetamine-induced locomotor activity. CX1739 rapidly reverses opioid-induced respiratory depression. CX1739 can be studied in research for dementia, neuropsychiatric disorders, and severe complication of opiate-induced suppression of endogenous inspiratory breathing rhythms[1].
