Insecticidal agent 21 achieves multi-target neurotoxicity by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and simultaneously targeting other neural receptors (nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR), voltage-gated sodium channels (VGSC), and gamma-aminobutyric acid receptors (GABAAR)).
