CD39-IN-1 is a selective CD39 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 68.7 nM. CD39-IN-1 exerts antiproliferative effects on tumor cells and shows low toxicity to normal cell lines. CD39-IN-1 inhibits CD39-mediated eATP hydrolysis in the ATP-adenosine pathway. CD39-IN-1 is applicable for tumor-related research[1].
