MRT-10350 is a cereblon-based beta-hairpin G-loop proteins molecular glue degrader. MRT-10350 induces proximity between CRBN and beta-hairpin G-loop containing proteins via their beta-hairpin G-loop motifs to form ternary complexes enabling CRBN-mediated recruitment of these proteins. MRT-10350 reduces steady-state protein levels of CK1alpha, WEE1, CK1delta, and LIMK1 in CAL51 cells[1].
