PDIA1-IN-1 is a protein disulfide isomerase 1 (PDIA1) inhibitor. PDIA1-IN-1 can inhibit NLRP3 inflammasome assembly and activity, with an IC50 value of 1 µM. PDIA1-IN-1 can reduce IL-1beta secretion. PDIA1-IN-1 can be used for the researches of inflammation and neurological disease[1].
