FabX-IN-1 (Compound 47) is a selective FabX inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.128 µM. FabX-IN-1 has a narrow-spectrum antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori with a MIC of 64 µg/mL, but significantly enhances synergistic inhibitory efficacy combined with membrane permeabilizers, efflux pump inhibitors, and Clarithromycin (HY-17508). FabX-IN-1 can be used for bacterial infections research[1].
