DPP8/9-IN-1 is a DPP8/9 inhibitor with IC50 values of 14 nM and 298 nM against DPP8 and DPP9, respectively. DPP8/9-IN-1 irreversibly binds to the active site serine (such as S730 of DPP9) via a phosphate warhead, blocks substrate binding, and inhibits DPP8/9-mediated protein processing. DPP8/9-IN-1 can be used in the research of cancer and inflammatory diseases[1].
